These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph48. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the ph48 platform.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) ph48 Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ph48 will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify ph48 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.
ph48 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or UMID card) and may additionally require a utility bill or other proof of address. ph48 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
ph48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). All balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph48 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may be applied per payment method and per account tier; these limits are displayed within your Account's banking section.
Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash and Maya) are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) business hours. ph48 reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to forty-eight (48) hours in exceptional circumstances. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and approved for processing.
All funds deposited to ph48 must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. ph48 complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
ph48 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
All Games offered through ph48 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms prevail with respect to Account management, payments, and conduct.
All casino Games and other non-live Games on ph48 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness prior to deployment. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent the long-term statistical average payout and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
All wagers placed through the ph48 platform are final once confirmed. ph48 will not void confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest technical error, where the error is independently verifiable through platform logs, or where required to do so by PAGCOR. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction affecting a game round, ph48 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
ph48 may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from a single game session, promotion, or jackpot event. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game information or promotional terms. ph48 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on exceptional wins where doing so is consistent with reasonable platform management and PAGCOR requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph48 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
The ph48 platform, including its name, logo, visual design, software architecture, game interfaces, content, text, graphics, and all other elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph48 or its licensed game and content providers. No license, right, or interest in any ph48 intellectual property is granted to Users by these Terms or by any use of the Services, except the limited right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any part of the ph48 platform or its content without prior written permission from ph48. All game titles, game mechanics, and audiovisual assets within Games remain the intellectual property of their respective providers and are licensed to ph48 for platform use.
ph48 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph48.club/privacy-policy. ph48 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and associated National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to ph48's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Services. ph48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:
ph48 will not lift a self-exclusion period early under any circumstances. Players who are self-excluded and nonetheless attempt to access the platform will have any Accounts identified closed and any wagers placed during the exclusion period voided.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, even if ph48 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph48's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph48 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. ph48 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond ph48's reasonable control.
You may close your ph48 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money Funds from your Account. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
ph48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; receipt of a regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or any other circumstance in which ph48 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.
In the event of Account closure by ph48 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ph48 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance as damages or to remit the Balance to PAGCOR or another regulatory authority as required.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any transaction on the ph48 platform shall first be referred to ph48's customer support team for informal resolution. ph48 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), unless applicable PAGCOR regulations provide an alternative mandatory dispute resolution procedure, in which case that procedure shall take precedence.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph48 and the Player each retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
ph48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph48 will provide notice by posting a notification within the platform, updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms, and, where practicable, sending an email notification to registered Players.
Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact support to request Account closure. ph48 will maintain an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which may be requested by Players by contacting support.
